All Artworks shown on the site are original artworks from their respective authors. Along with the Artwork, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the corresponding author or the authorized rightsholders.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from RDN Arts you may return your piece within 14 days of the delivery date.

Sending artwork via a trusted courier is our responsibility. RDN Arts works closely with our selected shipping companies ensuring they handle the care of your artwork from our warehouse to your front door.

You pay for your artwork and estimated shipping together at checkout. Once your artwork is packed, we confirm the actual shipping cost. If it is lower than the amount you paid, we refund the difference.

Payments made to RDN Arts are securely processed by Stripe. Your credit card information is encrypted during the transaction and never stored on our systems.

For EU customers, VAT (value-added tax) fees for original artwork are included in the online checkout process.

In addition to shipping charges, the buyer will also be responsible for paying international customs fees. These fees are determined by the country the artwork is being shipped to.
Customs charges will be paid by the customer when they receive the invoice of the freight forwarder which will take care of the clearance.

Once the payment is received, the order is considered completed, and the shipping company’s email and contact information will be provided. Once we have shipped your order, the tracking will be available on your RDN Arts website account.

If the artwork arrives and you’re not satisfied with your original purchase, you’ll have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the artwork for a refund. You’ll get a refund for the purchased artwork from RDN Arts.

Signing up with RDN Arts is a fun way to stay in touch. You’ll have early access to new original art coming to the gallery. You’ll also have access to our art advisors. They’ll help you go through the artwork and artists while you choose a masterpiece fit for you.

In order to respect the privacy of our artists, some have requested that the price is available upon request. To request a price for a specific artwork please use the price request button on the artwork page and one of our sales associates will be in contact with you within 24 hours.

Currently, RDN Arts accepts all major credit cards, international bank transfers, and PayPal as forms of payment.

Review your bank’s fraud-alert policies
Your bank may flag any suspicious activity on your account. This is not limited to first-time orders or high-value purchases. Your bank may require you to contact them and authorize the purchase before allowing you to complete the transaction.

Review your bank’s daily withdrawal limit
Most banks have limits on how much you can charge on your card in a single day. If you reach this limit, your bank may block your account from any further activity for the day regardless of available funds in the account.

PayPal has various security measures in place to protect its users from fraudulent activity. For this reason, PayPal may prohibit a buyer from submitting payment. If you’re experiencing issues using your PayPal account, please contact PayPal directly for assistance, or visit their website for troubleshooting information.
